How It Works

Step 1: Select Your Currency

Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send and the cryptocurrency you wish to receive. Optionally, you may enter an amount and use the calculate button to see the amount you would receive based on current exchange and fee rates.

Step 2: Enter Your Wallet Address

Provide your receiving wallet address where you want to receive your exchanged funds, select your desired rate type, and use the exchange button. You may provide a refund address, but it is not required for transactions and can be given when initiating a refund.

Step 3: Send Your Funds

After confirming your details, you will be provided with the deposit address.
Scan the QR code or copy the address. Then send any amount of your selected
cryptocurrency to the provided address to initiate the exchange.
If the amount sent is less than the minimum required the transaction will fail.

Step 4: Transaction Processing

Once your deposit is received and meets the required number of confirmations on the blockchain, you will be routed to the queue.
Do not close the queue page until you have securely copied your Order ID.
If you do not wish to wait in the queue, you can start a refund. Processing times will vary based on your selected cryptocurrencies and network conditions.

Step 5: Receive Your Exchanged Funds

After processing, your exchanged cryptocurrency will be sent to the wallet address you provided. You can track the transaction status using your Order ID.
