Are there any limits on transaction size? / What is the maximum amount I can exchange?
At MoBit we take pride in our ability to service clients with large orders. Our deep pools of liquidity enable us to support high order size and volume, allowing users to easily exchange $100,000 (USD) unlike other exchanges which might hold funds, cancel orders, or otherwise refuse service without further verification.
Why haven't I received my funds?
Users can check the status of their order (# of confirmations) on the blockchain via the order page by providing their Order ID. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to receive sufficient blockchain confirmations.
Can I cancel a transaction? / Can I refund my order?
Yes, refunds are available for transactions that are still in the queue. Once an order has been received and confirmed, users will be automatically redirected to the queue page where you can refund your coins. If you have closed out of your order, you can enter your Order ID on the Track Order page. Once you have provided your "To Address" and a refund address, you will enter the refund queue and your funds will be returned to you as soon as possible. If you are unable to start a refund, please contact our support team within 15 days for assistance.
What are the different rate types?
Flat Rate: A flat rate guarantees the exchange rate at the time of order creation. This means that even if the market fluctuates, the rate you agreed upon will remain the same.

Dynamic Rate: A dynamic rate is subject to market fluctuations. The rate you receive will be based on the current market conditions at the time your transaction is processed.

Will MoBit hold or freeze my funds?
No, MoBit is a non-custodial exchange. Our goal is to provide our users with a safe, fast, and reliable experience.
How long does a transaction take?
Transaction times vary depending on network congestion and the number of confirmations required. Most transactions are completed within minutes, but in some cases, it may take up to an hour.
What cryptocurrencies does MoBit support?
MoBit currently supports Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (Tether), USDC (USD Coin), and DAI (Dai Stablecoin).
Is my transaction data stored?
Yes, transaction data is stored for 15 days. If an error has occurred with your transaction, please contact support within this timeframe.
What should I do if I sent the wrong amount?
If you sent an incorrect amount, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID. Transactions with insufficient funds may be refunded, but processing times vary.
